Cats United International

Bylaws and Charter

Issued December 1st, 1996

Anyone who becomes a member or remains a member of the Cats United International Group after promulgation of these Charters and Bylaws is bound to uphold the Charter and to abide these.

Charter

The Charter of the International Cats United Group is to build awareness within and beyond the Internet community about cats, cat related topics, cat services and cat-people. To assist members in developing and promoting online information to better understand cats and catpeople.

Bylaws

The name of this Group is Cats United International Group, hereinafter "Cats United". Membership is open to anyone willing to uphold the charter and abide the Bylaws.
All members must attain basic membership by participation in the membership database.

A member may be expelled for breach of the Bylaws without explanation.
The Group is administered by a Governing Board and subcommittees.
