When you join Cats United International, you will be required to
provide us with the following information: name, address, cattery or business name, phone, fax, email address, city, state, zip code.
Except as provided herein, Cats United will not sell to any third
party your name, address, email address, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.
Cats United reserves the right to offer you third party services and products.
Payment Obligations
Payment is prepaid and is due before the start of your web site
construction and hosting beginns. Accounts are in default if payment is not received by the due date. Accounts in default have their services interrupted and web pages discontinued. Only a written request, by
email, fax or mail to terminate your membership relieves you of your obligation to pay further charges. It does not relieve you of your past dues. Cats United International reserves the right to change its web rates
or services, or modify terms and conditions by notifying you.
These terms and agreement supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with
terms and conditions of any order submitted. Cats United reserves the right to revise the rules at any time, without notice .
