Hello From www.chocolatepersians.comWe wanted to drop you a line to help spread the
word about chocolatepersians.com. Maybe someone would like to write an article about the new chocolate and lilac resource on the web for persian, colorpoint and exotic breeders.
We all know how
limited the world is pertaining to the chocolate and lilac Persians and himmie field. Even more limited, is the resource on the net for gathering, sharing and educating everyone with this beautiful color.
We all need a place to go, to share our breeding experiences, trade information, learn a few things and find other breeders all around the world with this rare coloration.
On this site, you will
find, breeders, photos, explanations of our chocolate and lilacs colors, color charts, and our newest feature, our genetics writer, plus a listing of Grand Champions who help spread the beauty of our
colors in the show halls, and much much more....
This site is absolutely free to all chocolate and lilac breeders.
We have a few special projects in the works that have hopes of being done
with in a few short weeks. We have partnered with a company called Meca which will bring everyone all over the world a new form of instant messanging, which is compatable with other common ICQ's and
translated languages instantly, which will help break the language barrier in over 32 languages. Were also adding a currency translator, and a Flash Movie. Its is in the works to also
display short videos of chocolate and lilac persians at play.
We hope everyone enjoys chocolatepersians.com and maybe someone will think its a good idea to write up an article on
www.chocolatepersians.com and educate and spread the good word about chocolate and lilacs persians. We were featured n the
Dec 2001 Issue of Cyberdogs and cats magazine in Italy. Looking to spread the word world wide of this rare color of persian. Los Angeles Organization Goes Global With Online Cat Rescue and Adoption Help FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Kitten Rescue Contact: JENNIFER CASTLE 323/466-7782 mail@kittenrescue.org
[Los Angeles, CA, May 2000] - Spring in Los Angeles- and across the U.S.-- means more than warm weather and floral blooms to the animal welfare community. It's also
the dawn of "kitten season", when thousands of unspayed female cats give birth into a world where there are not enough adoptive homes for these animals. As part of their mission to rescue homeless
cats from shelter euthanasia and the streets, L.A. based Kitten Rescue celebrates the success of its website Kitten Rescue Online ( www.kittenrescue.org ).
With the help of KittenRescue.org, Los Angeles
area residents can use their mouse to find a pet. Homeless cats and kittens are featured in an online "Adopt Me! Photo Gallery" where visitors can view photos and descriptions of animals in need of
homes. Kitten Rescue is also proud to be a member of PetFinder.com, a national online database of homeless animals that is now partnered with Petco, Petopia.com, the ASPCA, and Yahoo, among others. Through
these "techno-adoptions" alone, Kitten Rescue places an average of 5 cats each week in loving new homes.
As part of its educational and outreach goals, Kitten Rescue Online is a valuable
resource for advice on pet rescue, care, and adoption for animal lovers all over the world. In addition to the photo gallery of adoptable cats, features include a kitten care handbook, cat adoption and
behavioral advice, a rescue advice board, Ask Our Vet, feral cat management information, and a directory of other animal shelters and rescue organizations regionally, nationally, and internationally.
Says Kitten Rescue Online's volunteer producer Jennifer Castle: "The Web has proven to be a powerful tool for our organization. Not only does it help us find volunteers and great homes for our cats and
kittens, but it allows us to provide education and assistance to the public, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Our site is often a welcome discovery when a good samaritan finds a kitten at midnight
and has nowhere to turn for information. We've received correspondence from visitors as far away as Thailand, England, and Japan."
All of Kitten Rescue Online's technical and content maintenance
is donated. The site also acts as an online fundraising tool through partnerships with iGive.com, The Pet Channel, CatToys.com, and Petopia.com. To Top
