Cattery: van de Love boat - In 1987 kwam ik in Leiden op de dierententoonstelling 'Beestenspul', waar ik een schattig nestje siameesjes zag. Ik was meteen verkocht toen ik een piepklein blue tabby point poesje zag. Na een beetje zeuren bij mijn toenmalige vriend, heb ik het poesje gekocht. Ze had een heuse stamboom en heette officieel: 'Pjengkeh Bledook', maar ik noemde haar 'Peggy'. Ik werd lid van een kattenvereniging en begon te showen. Er kwam na enige tijd nog een katertje bij en na verloop van tijd ben ik begonnen met fokken.

Cattery: Khai Muk - Ik ben Maggie Ruitenberg en katten zijn van jongs af aan met mijn leven verweven. Ik heb mijn hele leven katten gehad en gewaardeerd en deze liefde voor katten was ook indirect de oorzaak dat ik sinds 1994 met het nu en dan fokken van een nestje Balinezen en Mandarins ben begonnen. Door het fokken draaide al snel een groot deel van mijn leven om katten en ik heb in de loop der jaren diverse cursussen en workshops gevolgd, die op de één of andere manier met katten te maken hadden.
Mijn opleiding tot kattengedragstherapeut heb ik gevolgd bij Tinley. Toen Tinley in 2003 begon met een opleiding op HBO niveau voor kattengedragstherapeut, heb ik me daarvoor ingeschreven en inmiddels heb ik mijn einddiploma van de opleiding gehaald, waarmee ik tot de eerste groep op dit niveau opgeleide kattengedragstherapeuten in Nederland behoor.

Cattery: Kirazamber - The Kirazamber Cattery is situated in Lelystad, The Netherlands. We take pride in breeding healthy, happy kittens. All of the Kirazamber cats are living with us as full family members. Except for sometimes nursing queens with newborn kittens none of our cats are caged. Kittens are raised underfoot. Since we initially breed on longhairs, most of our shorthair kittens are carriers of the longhair factor. However, we might have some pure shorthair combinations too, although their offspring will usually be used in the longhairs again.
